I have a broad range of clinical Dietetic experience working in New Zealand and in the United Kingdom for over 20 years. My areas of special interest are weight and body image concerns from a non-diet approach, eating disorders, diabetes, and heart health.
I am passionate about using counseling therapies to help improve people’s wellbeing. I have had further training in The Non-Diet Approach, MI (motivational interviewing), ACT (acceptance commitment therapy) for Dietitians, body image, and mindful eating.
I enjoy building meaningful relationships with people to help discover people’s own health goals and creating an individualised plan with practical solutions that work for them.
