Annabelle Carleton - Brown
BSc (Physiology & Human Nutrition)
MHSc (Nutrition & Dietetics)
I have experience working as a dietitian in both outpatient and inpatient settings. While my inpatient work is heavily focused on rehabilitation, my outpatient experience covers areas such as bariatrics, oncology, diabetes, heart health, weight concerns and digestive health/IBS. I have also worked on several research projects relating to clinical nutrition, a number of which I continue to be involved with.
While nutrition is certainly a large part of my work, I am a firm believer in a holistic approach to health; one which encompasses all areas of wellbeing and respects that the wellness journey differs for us all. I particularly enjoy exploring and applying practices such as intuitive and mindful eating to help in unravelling motivations behind food choices and behaviours. I look forward to sharing your journey with you!
