COVID 19 Considerations

In order to attend an appointment face to face, please read through our pre-appointment screening questionnaire. This will help provide a safer environment for you, our clients and our team. These questions apply to you and anyone else who may be attending.

  • Are you experiencing any flu/cold-like symptoms such as sore throat, cough, fever, shortness of breath, or loss of taste/smell?
  • Do you have probable/confirmed Covid 19?

If the answer is yes to any of these questions, please do not enter our clinics and contact us for a telehealth appointment.

Please email [email protected], or call (04) 210 9998 if you have any questions.

We offer individual one-on-one consultations in a private relaxed environment. We also offer increasingly popular Zoom or phone consultations.

Dietitians & Nutritionists Who Work For You

Founded in 2006, our experienced team of New Zealand Registered Dietitians and Nutritionists are here to help you on your way to feeling your best!

We offer in-clinic consultations in Wellington, Nelson, Blenheim, and Christchurch, as well as via phone or Zoom nationwide

We are specialist dietitians and nutritionists working with digestive health, food intolerance, weight concerns, and eating disorders. But also a wide range of other conditions.

Digestive Health

Our team has a wealth of experience helping those with digestive distress live more comfortable lives. Including IBD, IBS and Coeliac Disease.  Fascinating research into our gut health is showing just how important this is for our digestive well-being and more!

Food Intolerances

We are specialists in the Low FODMAP diet and RPAH/failsafe diet which can be used to help improve your symptoms. Our team of registered dietitians can guide you through the elimination and reintroductions to diagnose any food intolerances.

Weight Concerns

In a world where diet culture is everywhere, it is certainly a journey to take control of your own health. Our dietitians can support you to make health-enhancing changes that are sustainable and give you the confidence to make food choices you feel good about.

Eating Disorders

Develop a healthy relationship with food by working with a weight neutral, non-diet dietitian.  Eating disorders and disordered eating affect people in many different ways and come in all shapes and sizes.

Women’s health

Our bodies change as we move through different stages of our life, and you deserve to feel the best you can! Eating in a way which cares for your body can have benefits for PCOS, endometriosis, fertility, pregnancy, menopause and PMT.

Metabolic

Cholesterol, heart disease, blood pressure and diabetes can all be improved through everyday lifestyle choices.  Explore ideas on how you as an individual can include foods which taste great and make you feel good.
